Every year we would hold a theme recital with proceeds going to a charity meeting the theme. This is me rehearsing for the recital "There's Music in the Water."  

My teaching always included a combination of private and group lessons so that students could engage in small group music-building activities.

Here are six videos demonstrating games students they can do at home to test the reliability of their small section practice.  I've found that students are more likely to concentrate on accuracy when their competitive nature kicks in.  For quick reference, descriptions are here.  

I love exploring other types of music.  Here is an arrangement I did for recorder consort in December 2023 combining "The Boar's Head Carol," "Ding Dong Merrily on High" and "Lo How a Rose E'er Blooming."   Score here
